Getting started
1. Open the overlay
Press Cmd/ on Mac or Ctrl/ on Windows to toggle the overlay on and off. It floats on top of everything.
2. Ask a question
Type your question and press Enter. If screen capture is on, the app will screenshot your screen and send it as context — so the AI can see exactly what you're looking at.
3. Capture multiple screenshots
Need to show more context? Press CmdH (or CtrlH) to capture screenshots before asking. You'll see a count badge — all captures are sent together with your next question.
4. Move the overlay
Use Cmdarrow keys (or Ctrlarrows) to nudge the overlay around your screen. You can also drag it by clicking the top edge.
5. Set your context
Open settings and add custom context like "I'm using SolidWorks 2024, working on sheet metal parts". This gets included in every prompt so answers are more relevant to your setup.
